Mark and his team renovated our rental property in Halifax from the ground up. Every aspect of the house needed ripping out and starting again as literally nothing had been touched since the 50’s. This meant not only was the joinery and new kitchen required but also; plastering throughout, new electrics, building work to remove an old fireplace, new windows, front door and French windows to the rear of the property. As my wife and I work full time we needed to work with someone we could trust implicitly. Someone who would understand what was required by listening to our requirements and this was what we got with Mark. Nothing was done without our consent but at the same time Mark made recommendations and took the initiative where appropriate so as not to slow down the build. Further more the build came in under budget. We can’t recommend Mark Town enough which is why we’ve been using him for nearly 20yrs.
